1. Authenticity and Product Representation

We strive to accurately describe the products offered for sale. Cards are bought directly from approved manufacturers and distributors.

• We do not buy from 3rd party websites that have been known to open and reseal boxes while taking out any and all valuable cards.
• We also do not sell our products on 3rd party websites where products are put into communal inventory. All products are shipped directly from our warehouse facilities.
• We have 100% sequential control including BoLs, receipts, email confirmations, packing slips, and anything that relates to purchasing.
• Boxes are 100% sealed in original plastic and untampered. We also spot check our product if something seems off from printing or packaging.
• We do not knowingly represent counterfeit products as genuine merchandise. Any counterfeits we come across are immediately reported if needed, and then they are shredded to prevent circulation.

Where applicable, product listings will identify whether an item is new, used, sealed, opened, or professionally graded.

2. Grading

A card described as graded has been evaluated by the grading company identified in the listing. We do not guarantee that a card will receive a particular grade if submitted to another grading company. Customers who believe they have received an item that materially differs from its description should contact us promptly with their order information and supporting photographs.

3. Collectible Value and Market Prices

Trading cards and sealed collectible products may fluctuate in market value based on supply, demand, condition, rarity, tournament relevance, collector interest, and other factors.

We do not guarantee future resale value, investment returns, appreciation, or the future market price of any collectible.

Customers are responsible for making their own purchasing decisions based on their individual collecting preferences and circumstances.
